These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9gking. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided by 9gking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or place bets on 9gking. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. We implement strict age verification procedures through Know Your Customer (KYC) identity checks. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds returned (minus any winnings which will be forfeited), and the user permanently banned from the platform. By using our services, you represent that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account creation and during all gambling activities. To create an account on 9gking, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah recommended). All information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are permitted to create and maintain only one account on 9gking. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes called "multi-accounting") for any reason, including to abuse bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or engage in fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and confiscation of all balances. If you forget your account credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a new account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity including bets placed and funds withdrawn. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 9gking customer support immediately. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and changing your password regularly.
9gking implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity, age, and residential address. You will be required to submit clear photographs or scans of government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP identity card or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and potentially additional documentation as requested. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused until identity verification is successfully completed. KYC procedures protect both you and 9gking from fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
9gking accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. This anti-money laundering requirement ensures funds return to accounts you control. If you deposited via BCA bank transfer, withdrawals will be processed to your registered BCA account. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be split proportionally to match deposit sources until each method's deposited amount is fully withdrawn, after which remaining balance can be withdrawn to your preferred verified payment method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals may require additional security verification and documentation.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours from the time of request. Processing time depends on verification status, withdrawal amount, and payment method selected. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during Indonesian banking hours and may take 1-3 banking days to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing schedule.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. This anti-money laundering requirement prevents use of 9gking as a payment processing service. Example: if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers before requesting withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in specific promotional terms.
9gking does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month incur a processing fee of Rp 25,000 per transaction. Your bank may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges beyond our control.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at 9gking's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria including account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location. Not all players qualify for all promotions. We reserve the right to refuse bonus participation to any player without explanation. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn from players suspected of bonus abuse.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount (e.g., "5x bonus + deposit"). Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from bonus activation. When you have an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse. The maximum bet per spin or hand is typically Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits while a bonus is active constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to guarantee profit, exploiting software bugs or errors, using betting patterns designed to guarantee meeting wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity undertaken primarily to extract value from promotional offers rather than for genuine entertainment. 9gking employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 9gking. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit bet amounts at our discretion, particularly for unusual betting patterns, large wagers, or markets where we have limited liquidity. A bet is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation displayed on screen and/or via notification. If a bet is not accepted, your stake will be returned to your account.
Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport, market, game type, and individual player account status. Limits are displayed before bet placement. We may adjust limits for individual players based on betting history and risk assessment. Players attempting to circumvent limits through multiple accounts or other means will have their accounts suspended.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by governing sports authorities. Casino games settle instantly based on game outcomes generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). In the event of disputes regarding settlement, we use reputable third-party data providers and official league sources to determine correct outcomes. Our decision on bet settlement is final.
Bets may be voided in certain circumstances including: the event or match is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe; technical errors result in incorrect odds being displayed; game malfunctions occur due to software bugs; or we identify obvious errors in market setup or odds calculation. When a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your account balance, and the bet is treated as if it never occurred.

Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 9gking or players. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal gambling activity, fraud, or money laundering.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, 9gking cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to services. We are not liable for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control. We recommend not placing bets you cannot afford to lose, as technical issues may occasionally prevent bet placement, cancellation, or cash-out.
9gking relies on third-party providers for payment processing, game content, sports data feeds, and other services. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors originating from these third-party providers. Disputes with payment processors, banks, or e-wallet services must be resolved directly with those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9gking's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
If you have a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balance, bonus terms, or any other matter, you must first attempt to resolve it through our customer support team. Contact us via live chat or email with full details of your complaint including account username, date and time of the incident, transaction IDs if applicable, and detailed description of the issue. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.

Management reviews are typically completed within 14 business days. Management decisions are final and binding.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. We may implement a cooling-off period of 24-72 hours before processing voluntary account closures to ensure the decision is deliberate.
We reserve the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at our discretion with or without cause. Reasons for account closure include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, provision of false information, failed identity verification, extended account inactivity, or engagement in prohibited activities. Upon termination, we will return your real money balance (minus any amounts owed to us) after deducting any applicable fees. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9gking holds its operating license. By using 9gking services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms. However, we also recognize that you may have rights under Indonesian consumer protection law, and nothing in these Terms seeks to limit such legally mandated rights.
